Top 10 nollywood movies of the 21st century

Over the years nigerians have been very much entertained and educated by countless and astutely scripted nollywood movies, from comedy to romance, touching practically every corner of  our existence. our attention shall be focused on the top nollywood movies of the 21st century.

One of the primary attribute of a good, quality or interesting movie is its storyline. storyline is unarguably the major determinant of how intriguing a movie would be. a good storyline keeps viewers glued to their TV screen. in terms of storyline, these movies are top notch, so are the scriptwriters.

Movies shouldn't just be watched, the beauty of its picture quality should also be appreciated, thus a demand for high definition picture quality. no one loves to a see a movie with a poor or unclear picture quality. this goes to say that a movie's storyline and possible lessons to be drawn will count for nothing if its picture is not appealing enough to the viewers.

Another factor is the integration or unification of picture quality and the movie's storyline, for instance, a movie portraying the cultural heritage of africa should entail lots of cultural elements with little or no western input.

One major yardstick for measuring a top movie is its performance commercially, this is arguably the most important factor especially to the creators of the movie. a movie shouldn't be rated among the best if it fails to yield a reasonable amount of revenue those who sponsored its creation and as such is tagged a commercial failure.

Now in the list below, readers shall discern these factors come into play. these factors jointly determined the ranking of movies in this list after much research and careful consideration.
